Napaling & Hinagdanan Cave Tour
Beyond the usual tourist spots Bohol has many other great offerings, and Napaling Cliff and Hinagdanan Cave are two of them. Located in Dauis, roughly 20 minutes from Alona Beach, our starting point. First we’ll visit Hinagdanan Cave, a natural cavern with a deep lagoon in which we’ll swim and take stunning pictures.
After we finish our Hinagdanan experience, we’ll drive for about 5 minutes to Napaling Cliff. The main selling point of Napaling is the huge sardine run that’s present there most of the year, and also with its spectacular reef, just five minutes from the cliff. We’ll have an hour to snorkel around before we head back to Panglao, which will take 15-20 minutes.
This tour is great as a short half day tour for the adventurous type. It’ll leave you enough time to enjoy other amazing features of Panglao, like Alona and Dumaluan Beaches, eat lunch in a nice restaurant, and as the tour starts relatively late, to enjoy a great breakfast before the tour. No, there’s no shower, but there’s one public toilet during the tour.
