Dig for a Day
Join a one-of-a-kind experience where you get to become an archaeologist for a day! At the Beit Guvrin-Maresha National Park, you’ll have the chance to enter caves that are currently under archaeological excavation, with expert guidance and fascinating insights into the site’s rich history.
During the activity, you’ll dig through soil using real archaeological tools, sift through dirt using large sieves to uncover ancient artifacts, and crawl by flashlight through an underground maze. Who knows – you might even discover something amazing, just like the incredible finds unearthed here over the years!
