Tel Aviv Pride Tour
Join us on a fascinating journey following the LGBTQ+ community in Tel Aviv, through the stories of the people, places, and history that turned the city into a center of pride, struggle, and social change.
The tour is led by members of the LGBTQ+ community and includes personal stories, historical sites, and open discussions about diverse identities within Israeli society.
We will discover how the community moved from secrecy, through protests & resistance, to pride — and what challenges it faces today?
Through this journey, we’ll see how identity struggles are not exclusive to the LGBTQ+ community—they reflect the dreams and challenges of all of us, inviting a deeper connection to our personal identity.
The tour begins in the historic gay neighborhood – “Via de la O’hcha”, at 19 Nachalat Binyamin, across from “Pa’amayim Café” (a 13-minute walk from Abraham Hostel).
There, we will encounter buildings that tell the history of LGBTQ+ people who lived in secrecy and fought for their rights.
We will stand at the site of the first Tel Aviv Pride events and trace the path the community has taken — from the struggle for equality to becoming an inseparable part of Tel Aviv’s cultural and social landscape.
The tour is operated by “RainbowTourTLV”
